Maghrib time today
Maghrib, the sunset prayer, begins as soon as the sun has fully set and lasts until the twilight has gone.
Why Maghrib times vary
Sunset is a clear event, so nearly all methods give the same Maghrib time. Local hills and tall buildings do not change the calculated time, which assumes a flat horizon, so some mosques add a few minutes as a safety margin.
This is iftar time during Ramadan. Check your mosque's timetable if it adds a margin.
